When I receieved the mats, I was a little surprised to see and feel how thin they were but thought I will still try them out. I liked the color and with 3 kids I needed something that would protect my car and that is exactly what these mats have done. They have held up, while looking great.... -
For 15 Bucks you can't beat these
I have to give these a great review because for this cheap you can't find anything else that even comes close. They're very good quality, hold pretty well under your feet and easy to clean. The color is exactly as I see them in the picture here.

I recently changed cars and I also transferred the car floor mats. However It is too long for the car as it goes under the pedels, it seems to mean I have a lot less acceleration. Could it also affect the brake - and therefore be dangerous?

Good question, because if you read your owners manual it will tell you. If it does not it should not affect the operation of the pedals but if it tells you is because your pedals are powered and can be set to the hight you want, in this case is not recommended to use mats not

Commentary: The Occupy Movement and the Car Wash
I’m flummoxed by the Occupation of my neighborhood car wash. It happened this spring like and late November Eastern Shore day. The Jeep needed a good scrubbing and after finishing my Saturday morning errands I made the car wash the last stop before catching some later afternoon college football. Just as I was spraying wax across the hood I heard a voice. A tall young man behind me asked if I could hose his floor mats. He’d forgotten when he went through another washing bay. I thought nothing of it and obliged. Then as I was applying a spray rinse it struck me I wouldn’t ask someone else to finish my cleaning on their dollar. Sure, it’s a minor issue and I spent just pennies on his mats and, yet. My parents didn’t raise me to approach strangers at car washes and ask if they could cover my rinse. If suddenly I realized I’d forgotten the floor mats I could always return Sunday afternoon or simply rinse them at home.
