My son, after removing his shoes, which is a requirment to play on the jungle gym owned by resturant, tripped on the wide gaps between the rubber mats on the floor of the play area. He fell and busted open his bottom lip, which, bled and swelled....
If this resturant has know about this problem and it has been discussed that there should be repairs and that there really is a danger to people, and if you have evidence that there is a neglect from the resturant to fix this problem then yes you could have a lawsuit.

From what came with the kit I would have to say that this is an amazing kit with a lot of attention to detail being focused on what the customer needs not just the company selling the product. Spoke with one of the engineers personally and they are the good old southern boys down in Georgia, very helpful and very meticulous with their products. Everything had holes where it was needed for bolting on, no missing parts and a perfect amount of screws. All parts received were in great condition. The installation I would recommend 2 people doing the install since this job happens in 2 different locations of the car and its always nice to have a nurse able to hand the surgeon a tool while he is elbows deep into his patient. If I had the socket I would estimate that it would have taken me 3 ½ hours to install my first one, second one would be about half the time.
The test drive made it all worth it though. The shifts were crisp and smooth and you never doubted whether you were going in the right gear or not. The reverse lockout worked great as well as the shift knob kicks back cleanly when you want out of reverse. 410 dollars was the total cost which is competitive with other brands, but I think that mgw goes the extra mile with the added extras you get and you get the whole entire shift kit because they don’t believe in just sending you a shifter and leaving you with a crappy rear bracket. That and parts are American made and you deal with a small local company that has a passion for customer satisfaction as well as putting out a good product.
