• A Trek 3700 mountain bike valued at $150 was stolen from the parking lot at the Walmart on Noble Boulevard between 5 and 7 p.m. Oct. 28.

The bike was left unlocked.

• Mark R. Weinhoffer, 18, of Meyersville, N.J., was cited with carrying a fake identification after an incident at a bar in the first block of West High Street at 12:06 a.m. Nov. 1.

Police said Weinhoffer tried to present the fake ID at the bar.

• A GPS unit and a roadside assistance kit were stolen from a vehicle parked behind a home in the 100 block of Herman Avenue in Lemoyne Oct. 31.

Both the front and rear passenger side windows of the 2003 Ford Escape were broken during the robbery.

A Cassville man was seriously injured on Sunday in a single-vehicle wreck on Highway 76 eight miles west of Branson.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash occurred at 7:30 a.m. when the driver of a 1994 Ford Ranger, Derek E. Sharp, 27, of Cassville, ran off the left side of the roadway and struck a tree.

Sharp was taken to Freeman West Hospital in Joplin. He was not wearing a seat belt.

* A Cassville youth was injured Friday in a single-vehicle crash on Farm Road 168 one mile north of Republic. The crash occurred at 10:45 a.m. when the driver of a 1995 Chevrolet pickup truck, Devin D. Hobbs, 17, ran off the left side of the highway and struck several trees. Hobbs was airlifted to Cox Hospital South in Springfield. He was not wearing a seat belt.

* A Nevada woman was injured on Sunday when she tried to avoid an animal in the road. The wreck occurred at 10:20 a.m....
