To remove the cover I had to pull the corners off the edges then undo the straps from the metal buckles around the back and then thread all the straps through the holes. As if that wasn’t bad enough, once I had washed and dried it, getting it back on was even worse. You thread the straps through the cover and then through the seat, but you have to work out which way they go into the buckles. You have to actually complete the task before you can be sure you have got them the right way round and they are not twisted. There were several occasions where I had got it all back together and then found that I had got the straps twisted so I had start all over again.
This lead me to the conclusion that if you can have car seat covers that protect the seat from spills this has got to save time, hassle and stress. If you find a cover that completely protects the car seat and acts as another cover, you may find you have the same problems because you may have to detach the straps to get it on....
