Honest opinion on neoprene seat covers are split. As stated above they do not breath well in the summer, so your butt and legs get sweaty. I have heard of people who would put them on their vehicle. I personally like mine. I hate getting swamp butt if it rains and my top is down.

Paul Lindsoe started Headwaters Seat Covers, LLC in 2006 with the simple idea of making the best fitting, most durable seat cover with everything a sportsman and outdoorsman would want, and to get it to them in a timely fashion. In starting the company, Lindsoe was very resourceful, utilizing resources like the Montana Manufacturing Extension Center (MMEC), Prospera Business Network (previously Gallatin Valley Development Corporation) and the Montana State University College of Business.
Lindose had worked seven years in the business of making seat covers and wanted to buy an existing business, but simply couldn’t afford it. So he began business through the old fashioned “boot strap” method – in the two stall garage at his home, working alone except for his wife, Lori, doing the books, and building resources project by project. He ordered materials and supplies for his first order for $275 using a zero-percent interest credit card. From the profits of the first job, he purchased more equipment and materials, and so continued the cycle of growing from the profits.
